BROADS SAILING DAY SEPT 28th

A lovely sunny day, at least to start with, saw 14 TARS (including 3 juniors) set out from Martham boat yard in 4 of the Japonicas.

What breeze there was at first just enabled some of them to tack up Heigham Sound and reach up Meadow Dyke into Horsey Mere for a lovely sail in freshening wind.
It wasn't long before we moored up together for lunch in the middle of Horsey Mere
What did the Juniors do?
Bring 'em up in the way you mean them to go...
Hang 'em by the yard arm if they misbehave...
